Hi, I’m Lee and I’m a Personal Trainer and Martial Arts and Boxing Instructor
I’ve got over 27 years experience of teaching and training sportspeople, new mums, people who want to tone up and lose weight, weight trainers, runners, fitness fanatics, absolute beginners, and everyone in between!
I can train you for a specific sport, help you with your nutrition, or just give you a personalised workout that’ll get you to your goals (and have fun on the way there)
I’ve trained champions (and I even have a stack of medals and trophies of my own….) and people at the beginning of their fitness journey.
So, whether you want to develop your martial arts, take up boxing as great exercise, tone up and get fit, or get back into shape from illness or injury, I have a workout just for you!
I started training in martial arts nearly 30 years ago, not imagining that all this time later, I would be making a career out ot it!
I’ve won medals and trophies at national and international level, and I retired from competition to concentrate on coaching – whether that’s world champions or people just looking to get fit and lose weight.
I’m a senior kickboxing and kung fu instructor at North West Chinese Kick Boxing, at the Universities of Manchester and Salford, and at other clubs in the Manchester Area, but martial arts isn’t my only passion – I want to make sure that every person who comes to me for personal training gets a personalised, challenging and achievable session, which will get them to where they want to be, and have fun on the way!

Laura only started training 5 years ago, but has proved that with talent, the right guidance and training, and a champion’s attitude and will to win, great things can be achieved. She has now won 2 x World Kick Boxing Gold Medals and is determined that they won’t be her last. Lee is fully approved and certified to give advice on Sports and Exercise Nutrition by the Health and Sciences Academy.
