I’ve got over 27 years experience of teaching and training sportspeople, new mums, people who want to tone up and lose weight, weight trainers, runners, fitness fanatics, absolute beginners, and everyone in between!
I can train you for a specific sport, help you with your nutrition, or just give you a personalised workout that’ll get you to your goals (and have fun on the way there)
I’ve trained champions (and I even have a stack of medals and trophies of my own….) and people at the beginning of their fitness journey.
